Burgwyn Residential Management Services LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, commenced operations in June of 2012, to serve as a property management company serving market rate and affordable housing projects in the Denver Metro Area owned by the Burgwyn Company.
Burgwyn Residential Management Services (“BRMS”) is a full-service management company that currently manages eight properties in the Denver Metropolitan area which total 506 units. Underlying management philosophy is a strong commitment to resident satisfaction, efficient project operation, financial controls with an emphasis on cash management, and clear communication channels between management staff and project owners. BRMS has worked with CHFA and the Denver Housing Authority (“DHA”) to finance and maintain housing for formerly homeless individuals since 2012. BRMS is owned by Henry Burgwyn and Grace Burgwyn.
